This unique Property with attractive pool area is very quietly located, high up on a small hill, with fantastic sea views - about 5 minutes to a long, not crowded, sandy beach, close to Salgados Golf Course (Albufeira)and 10 minutes to Algarve Shopping Centre at the EN125 with many restaurants and small bars close by.

The property consists of 2 separate villas with large Pool.

Self Catering Holiday Villa 1 with 3 1/2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large and exceptional living room with separate dining area and access to a patio, a separate, build-in round sitting area with fire place and SAT TV/radio set.

The large build-in kitchen is fully equipped - also with microwave and dish washer - around the corner is a small breakfast area. The laundry machine and dryer is located in an annex.

The house has a covered terrace and a roof terrace with magnificent  360 degree sea and land views as well as views into the sub-tropical, approx. 6000 m2, garden and its pool area. The pool, high above the the sea, with its surrounding terrace and outdoor shower, is equipped with sun beds and parasol. On the roof terrace is a gas grill and in the patio a BBQ area.
